Opening scene
INT. DAY – Small New York City Restaurant
A man (MIKE), age 25-35, enters in the front door and through a crowded restaurant during lunch time. He gives the waiter and a cook a nod as he quickly walks past the patrons. He steps inside the restroom, walks carefully to a stall, and knocks. He then steps back and leans against the counter. The stall door swings open to reveal a man (CARACAS) with a thick mustache, longish hair, and sunglasses sitting on the toilet, fully clothed.
MIKE
Caracas, I need to talk –
CARACAS
What is it?
MIKE
– to you about something.
CARACAS
Well then talk.
MIKE
It isn’t good. Esteban thinks you are full of shit, Caracas. He says you don’t know shit about revolution. He says you are fake!
CARACAS
Esteban just died.
The camera lingers on CARACAS’S face for a few seconds. The opening credits roll.
